Walking The Beat
So for the past few weeks I've been doing extended walks. Being consistent with Yoga has shrunk my waistline down to a 34 from an all time high of a 38 from last year! I was also 206 pounds and since I last checked I was 190! My back feels strong, my mind even stronger. Since I have so much excess energy during the day I've been taking small breaks from the home life. I always take the same route and its become sort of like a patrol. I keep my eyes open, my ears ready, because you never know what you'll see or hear out here. I've been thinking about having a dog around and I brought this up with my wife recently.
