No Time, got, got, got, No Time
I barely have anytime to write these days, and its hard catching up with so much going on. There has been a whole lotta good stuff going on though so I really should not complain. My priority has been myself but I have had to set aside time for friends, cleaning, making sure everything is good to go for the Big California Move, and the most awesome part Yoga. Its reached a whole new level, I just had a regular check up a few days ago, though they said my breathing is still a little shallow, I have dropped to 180 pounds! My personal goal weight is 175 and the plan from there will be to RUN like the WIND ! Its been a while since I've pushed the feet to the concrete but I am absolutely sure I will be able to do that soon. The mileage I was doing on 04' was around 6 miles a day and a big 13 mile run at the end of the month. Now I'm older so it will be really hard to reach that goal but I am sure as hell going to try. Also on the positive side I am technically employed...
