Knowing Your Strength

So I've been pretty consistent with my Yoga practice. In fact it is the best part of my day by far. Like I've said before I've dropped a whole lotta weight, and I am eating better. But this time I thought I had enough strength for a distance run I didn't last anymore than five minutes. Kind of surprising when I can do an hours worth of Yoga without too much trouble. The walks are more enjoyable but I yearn to be that 19 year old kid again going for miles on end without a stop.  I was never into lifting or arm work in general it was never the kind of pain I enjoy. I've been using a 2 gallon bottle of water in reps of 100 for each arm for a light arm exercise. We do have weights laying around but again it never felt good to do that kind of work. Iaijitsu has been more enjoyable since I can use some of my yoga and combat stances for a good workout. My blade is starting to show more signs of wear, little black rust spots are starting to pop up. You can sand ...
