Fraudulence

 January ended with the guardianship lawyer requesting more money for his retainer.

Since I can't afford it I had to let him go.

Unfortunately this may mean my brother does get the guardianship after all.

My brother's intentions are fraudulent.

He says,

"I want you out of my life"

"I don't want the guardianship anymore."

Yet he still pursues it because he wants control of my money.

Well to be honest I hope he gets it now.

Why?

Because it's going to prove my point about money and power in the wrong hands.

The moralist tells the story, this is a story about two brothers one wanted his freedom the other wanted to take the other brother's freedom away so he could have more freedom for himself.

The two brothers fought for years in courts over who was right and who was wrong.

Eventually the older wiser brother lost his freedom to the more selfish younger brother.

The older brother became so neglected, so angry that wherever he would go he would mention the brother's name and what happened to him. How he lost his rights.

The older brother suffered in poverty and the younger brother sat in wealth, luxury and comfort.

But the older brother wiser brother knew that no matter where he went and what he did if enough people heard the story they would come looking for the brother.

"Why did you do this to your brother?"

"You made your older brother so mad that now all he sees is a future where this country is gone"

Eventually the younger brother was found out and his scheme discovered.

The older brother was offered his freedom back but by then he had gone through so much pain and sorrow from being impoverished that he made it his moral duty to uphold the principal truth that he swore would come to pass.

Eventually not only did what the older brother said come to pass but there were things he didn't expect either that those too destroyed what was once a proud nation.

It ruined the balance of power and devastated the world.

Eventually the world recovered but in it's wake the truth eventually faded away.

Pride goeth before a fall the older brother would repeat.

So thats going to be the story now. 

Watch just watch it all fly apart like leaves.

Its not going to happen immediately, but in ten years time what's left of this Democracy will be destroyed because of this legal disagreement between my brother & I.

Yeah right.

I'm sure that is what are you thinking right now.

But if you back somebody up against a wall they will use whatever means they have to survive.

Its going to be about survival. 

And it's going be harder to survive for everyone.

I have been blacklisted.

Corporations and their petty schemes for wealth and power are no match for the sheer will of time.

Time can be your best friend or your worst enemy.

I think of it as a gift something to be cherished because there isn't enough of it for anyone.

Time will eventually lead to our end but until then I aspire for excellence. Just as all should. Acceptance. 

By all means accept your fate.

Some refuse to accept fate and will never recognize the life they have lead because they are too busy living it. 

Some reflect and do not live.

I consider myself in the middle some where.

Between a life best lead living it and all the thoughts found after these experiences.

Had I been a wealthier man I'd have lived beyond my own expectations.

I have a subtle advantage the gift of memory.

I remember something very special.

We all have special memories.

But how often does one run past themselves?

You may not understand that and that's fine.

But you do understand memory and it's preciousness, it's sentiment, and how what we learn through memory guides us.

When you dream you are remembering something that has not happened.

Do we seek out those memories?

I don't know about you but I certainly do.

When I dream I look toward an established future one in which already exists.

Are dreams the stepping stones to which we can stand upon a mountain and be proud our dreams, our memories are what made the climb.

Choose to ignore something or someone and it becomes a problem later.

Choose not to ignore your own problems.

Be valid and always be aware your dreams are real.

Keeping it square
